Steven Paulik
Corporate VP, Finance
As Executive Vice President of Finance, Steven Paulik works with Global Energy's CFO to handle corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting functions.
Prior to joining Global Energy, Steven spent seven years with AGL Resources, Inc. as Controller for the company's SouthStar subsidiary. He was responsible for accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the group, which had revenues of approximately one billion dollars. As AGL's Director of Corporate Accounting, Steven directed all of the financial and accounting functions.
He also worked as manager of corporate accounting and Director of Finance for AGL Networks and as Project Manager for AGL's Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance.
Steven brings over 20 years of accounting and finance experience to the company, eight of which directly involved the energy industry. His primary focus is development of systems and process, as well as financial management of deal-flow.
