Frank is responsible for applied engineering and oversight on all projects. He has extensive experience in developing creative solutions to energy issues in the industrial, educational and federal market sectors.
Frank brings 30 years of leadership serving customers with energy and financial solutions. He has extensive expertise in cogeneration, landfill and digester gas power generation, distributed generation, building automation systems and advanced energy conservation initiatives.
He has been a contributing engineer or lead engineer on well over $100 million worth of energy projects, including two central chilled water and steam plants and a decentralized steam plant.
Frank is currently handling the development and engineering for all Utility Energy Services Contracts.
