Bill is responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of landfill gas and the company's research on plasma gasification. He brings extensive expertise in design, Construction, and application of energy facilities for government and commercial business partners.
Bill's innovative efforts in energy center design and development have assisted in saving clients more than $80 million dollars in lifetime energy savings while ensuring their energy security and independence to concentrate on primary missions.
Bill has over 40 years of experience in engineering, construction, development and application experience in the energy and commercial industry and has numerous designs and facilities operating throughout the world. He was the former Senior Performance Engineer for Energy Systems Group, LLC and was responsible for the development of the Veterans Affairs first Enhanced-Use energy privatization project at James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Johnson City, Tennessee. This state-of-the-art energy privatization is saving million of dollars in recurring cost, and avoiding millions in energy-related capital expenditures. Those savings are utilized to benefit the delivery of health care services to U.S. veterans.
Currently, Bill is engaged in efforts to apply energy centers, cogeneration and other innovative technology for Global Energy customers across the United States.
